Maestro
“Incoming!” Tiel yelled as the high-pitched whine sounded once again. Maestro turned and bellowed out a cone of flame as Tiel and Aven ducked. The whine stopped as liquid metal fell to her left and dissolved into the ground.
Maestro's History
Maestro knows he has a great responsibility; he just doesn't know what it is. He was found by the Drakners when they were part of the Peace Enforcers Badoe Brigade. There, he met Tiel and decided to claim her as his child, as only a member of the feline species can. He has always been there as a protector, confidant, and friend.
He doesn't know anything about his species, and it does bother him that he seems to be alone in the world. He has often wandered places like the Watosh searching for his kind. The worst part is that he feels a deep loathing for himself, although he has no idea where that is coming from.
Being able to hide without others knowing, he has heard many things and knows many secrets. He keeps these secrets sacred, but uses them to his and Tiel's advantage. He understands the difficulties Tiel faces with the voices in her head, but finds it hard to deal with his own memory loss.
